Codepure guarantees a 99.9% Monthly Uptime Percentage for our core scanning engines and dashboard.

Scheduled Maintenance

We occasionally require maintenance to upgrade our engines.
  • We will notify all administrators at least 48 hours in advance of any planned downtime.
  • Maintenance is always scheduled outside of standard GCC business hours (typically weekends).

SLA Credits

If we fail to meet our 99.9% uptime guarantee in a given billing month, Enterprise clients are eligible to request a service credit towards their next renewal.
