1. How to Report an Issue

If you find a security bug in our platform, please tell us immediately.
  • Email: fahad@codepure.com
  • What to include: A clear description of the bug, steps to reproduce it, and any proof-of-concept code.

2. Our Promise to You

If you report a vulnerability and follow these rules:
  • We will reply to your report within 48 hours.
  • We will not take legal action against you (Safe Harbor).
  • We will work with you to fix the issue quickly.

3. Scope

  • In Scope: app.codepure.com and our official API/CLI tools.
  • Out of Scope: Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, social engineering (phishing), and attacks against third-party tools we integrate with.

4. Rules

  • Do not view, change, or delete data that does not belong to you.
  • Do not do anything that slows down or breaks the service for our customers.
  • Please give us a reasonable amount of time to fix the bug before you post about it publicly.
