Your source code and scan data are stored locally in the Middle East to meet data sovereignty laws across the GCC.
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Cloud Hosting & Database.
  • Location: Middle East Cloud Regions (e.g., Dammam, Saudi Arabia - me-central2).

2. Business Operations

We use the following standard services to run our business. These services only handle basic account and billing info, not your source code.
  • Stripe: Payment Processing & Billing.
  • Intercom: Customer Support Chat.
  • SendGrid: Email Notifications.

A Note on Code Repositories

Tools like GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket are authorized by you. They are not our sub-processors. We only read data from them when you tell us to.
